About the role

Manage procurement operations for food raw materials, packaging, equipment, and goods and services necessary for restaurant branches and food manufacturing operations, in accordance with company purchasing plans and standards, considering quality, price, accuracy, and delivery timelines to support continuous and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct purchasing of fresh food raw materials, dried foods, packaging, equipment, and consumables for restaurant branches and manufacturing facilities
• Verify purchase requests (PR) and prepare purchase orders (PO) correctly according to company procedures and approval authority
• Review and compare prices, quality, and purchasing conditions from suppliers for management consideration
• Monitor purchase order status and goods delivery according to schedule
• Coordinate with warehouse and relevant departments to ensure sufficient raw materials and goods
• Source and gather information on new suppliers to compare prices, quality, and commercial terms
• Contact, coordinate, and negotiate initial pricing, payment conditions, and delivery terms within company framework
• Monitor and evaluate supplier delivery performance in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness
• Coordinate problem resolution for shortages, late deliveries, or non-standard goods
• Survey and compare prices of raw materials and goods in the market to support purchasing decisions

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• At least 1–3 years of experience in procurement, particularly food raw materials or goods in food and beverage business
• Knowledge of procurement processes, price comparison, supplier management, and basic cost control
• Negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP or procurement systems
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work within set timelines
