Procurement Officer

• Source and purchase materials, tools, equipment, and services required for interior fit-out projects.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other commercial conditions.
• Coordinate with the Project, Design, Estimation, and Accounts teams regarding material requirements.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure materials are delivered on time as per project requirements.
• Check material specifications, quantities, and quality before purchasing.
• Maintain proper procurement records, quotations, POs, and supplier documents.
• Search for new suppliers and alternative materials when required.
• Monitor market prices and support cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience in UAE, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
• Good knowledge of building and fit-out materials.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement documentation.

Pay: AED2,356.52 - AED8,860.27 per month

Work Location: In person
