Procurement Officer

PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Job Description:
Responsible for sourcing materials, equipment, goods, and services, managing suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement to support company operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, materials, and equipment.
• Canvass and compare quotations to secure competitive pricing.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, orders, and deliveries.
• Conduct market research and monitor price trends.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, Finance, and other departments regarding procurement requirements.
• Maintain accurate procurement and supplier records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or sourcing, preferably in the construction or electrical industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented.
• Knowledge of construction materials, electrical products, and equipment is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month
