Procurement Officer

• Manage procurement of construction and dairy farm materials.
• Collect material requirements from engineers and project teams.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and negotiate prices.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, deliveries, and payments.
• Verify supplier quotations, invoices, and delivered materials.
• Maintain procurement records, vendor details, and purchase documentation in CRM.
• Coordinate with engineers, accounts, and management for procurement approvals.
• Identify reliable new suppliers and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials according to project requirements.

Requirements.

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Must be able to coordinate with vendors and project/site teams.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
