Procurement Officer

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years of experience in procurement, fleet management, vehicle purchasing/leasing, or supply chain operations.
Experience in vehicle procurement, rental, leasing, fleet services, or automotive suppliers is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing, RFQ/bidding, commercial evaluation, and supplier negotiation.
Experience in PR/PO processing, contract management, and invoice/billing validation.
Familiarity with vehicle registration, insurance, permits, renewals, and fleet documentation.
Strong analytical and numerical skills, particularly in cost comparison, TCO analysis, and budget monitoring.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and preferably ERP/procurement systems such as SAP.
Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple vehicle requirements and deadlines simultaneously.
Able to work independently, resolve operational issues, and make data-driven procurement recommendations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end procurement process for company vehicles, including purchase, lease, rental, and replacement requirements.

Consolidate and validate vehicle requirements, specifications, quantity, budget, and deployment schedules with requesting departments.

Conduct supplier sourcing, canvassing, RFQ, bidding, and commercial negotiations for vehicle purchase, leasing, rental, and related services.

Prepare and evaluate quotation comparisons, bid tabulations, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and commercial recommendations.

Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, leasing companies, and internal stakeholders for vehicle availability, delivery, and deployment.

Coordinate vehicle assignment, transfer, replacement, and pull-out/return in accordance with operational requirements.

Support cost optimization initiatives through supplier benchmarking, negotiation, utilization review, and alternative sourcing strategies.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
