About the Role

Hadoota Masreya is looking for a Procurement Officer to support purchasing for our restaurant operations in Business Bay. You will handle day-to-day ordering, coordinate with suppliers, and make sure our kitchens always have fresh, quality supplies on time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue purchase orders for food, beverages, packaging, and operating supplies
• Obtain and compare supplier quotations and recommend the best options
• Follow up with suppliers on delivery schedules, pricing, and quality issues
• Coordinate with kitchen and store teams to monitor stock levels and place timely orders
• Check goods received against purchase orders and report discrepancies
• Match invoices with POs and delivery notes, and support payment processing
• Maintain supplier records, price lists, and purchasing documents
• Help control food costs and reduce wastage
• Ensure purchases meet company policy and Dubai Municipality food safety standards
• Prepare basic purchasing and spend reports for the Procurement Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
• 2 to 4 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in F&B or restaurants
• Good knowledge of the UAE supplier market
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or inventory systems
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-outlet restaurants or hospitality
• Basic food safety or HACCP knowledge
• Currently in the UAE with a valid visa
