Procurement Officer

• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors for raw materials, machinery, and factory supplies.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to forecast material needs and maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing stockouts or excessive stockpiling.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to minimize procurement costs and maximize value.
• Process Purchase Orders (POs), track shipments, and expedite delayed orders to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing process.
• Ensure all supplied parts and materials meet the strict quality standards defined by Quality Assurance teams.
• Review invoices, cross-check delivery receipts with purchase orders, and collaborate with the Finance department to process timely payments.
• Monitor market trends and establish contingency plans to protect the supply chain from raw material shortages or price volatility.
