We are looking for a Procurement Officer to join our Management Services Team. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate procurement activities across the full lifecycle, from planning and launch to contract management and reporting,
• Prepare, monitor and report on the implementation of ACER’s annual procurement plan, and contribute to budget planning, internal controls and advise colleagues on procurement activities,
• Ensure compliance with EU financial and procurement rules, implement internal controls and contribute to audits and follow-up actions,
• Help improve procurement policies, procedures, templates and tools.

Who are we looking for?

• A professional with at least six years of relevant experience in procurement and contract management,
• Someone with extensive practical knowledge of EU financial and procurement rules and experience in managing different types of procurement procedures throughout their lifecycle,
• A colleague with advanced Excel skills and experience in using IT tools for procurement planning
