JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any non engineering course.
• At least 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain operations, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, particularly in document redlining and contract review
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and SharePoint applications
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage daily procurement and purchasing activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
• Process material requests, monitor supplier performance, and coordinate timely delivery of materials
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Monitor inventory levels and implement improvements in procurement and supply chain processes
• Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, project requirements, and approved budgets
