Procurement Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
• Request and compare quotations and negotiate prices and payment terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and monitor deliveries.
• Ensure purchased items meet required quality and specifications.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Coordinate with departments regarding purchasing requirements and inventory needs.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain good supplier relationships.
• Ensure purchases are made efficiently and within approved budgets.
• Handle urgent purchasing requests and resolve supplier or delivery issues promptly.
• Perform other purchasing-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to prioritize multiple purchasing requests simultaneously.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic purchasing/inventory systems.
• Previous purchasing or procurement experience is an advantage.

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
