We’re looking for a proactive, commercially minded Procurement Officer to join a growing organisation where your ideas, negotiation skills and eye for value will make a real difference.

You’ll be at the heart of an exciting mix of projects, from sourcing fantastic suppliers for existing homes and offices to helping bring brand-new care homes to life. Think exciting openings, interior design projects, supplier negotiations and plenty of opportunities to make your mark!

Working closely with Project Managers, Interior Designers, Finance and senior leaders, you’ll help make sure the right products and services are sourced at the right price, without compromising on quality.

• 🔎 Finding the best suppliers – researching options, comparing quotes and securing fantastic value.
• 🤝 Building brilliant relationships – developing strong partnerships with suppliers and negotiating the best deals.
• 🏡 Bringing new projects to life – supporting procurement for exciting new care home openings.
• 📊 Keeping an eye on the numbers – managing budgets, tracking spend and producing monthly reports.
• 💡 Making things better – spotting opportunities to save money, streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• 🌟 Setting the standard – creating preferred supplier lists, helpful procurement guides and reviewing supplier performance.
• 🌱 Thinking sustainably – ensuring purchasing decisions support responsible and ethical business practices.

🎯 What we're looking for

You'll be someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and finding smart solutions. You'll ideally bring:

• Experience in procurement, purchasing or a similar commercial role.
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence managing supplier relationships.
• A commercially minded approach with a knack for spotting savings and opportunities.
• Confidence working with budgets, reports and data.
• Fantastic communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
• A relevant qualification in procurement, business or finance would be beneficial.
