Procurement Officer (Construction)

Looking for a procurement engineer that is willing to travel often and long period of time for our construction project.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining vendor registration, upkeep vendor data/documentation in the system;
2. Maintaining current up to date procurement documents, purchase information, price database;
3. Assist Procurement Manager in preparing management information, material price trend and ppt presentation;
4. Assist in general items price enquiry;
5. Coordination with engineers, site team regarding supplier’s mobilization to site and logistic related matter;
6. Tabulation of commercial bid evaluation and comparison table;
7. Perform courier related delivery and maintaining procurement shared folder filling;
8. Maintaining various procurement RFQ tracking, procurement status updates & database;
9. Meeting room booking, schedule appointments and receive visitors;
10. Handle new vendor NDA, new vendor registration, new vendor’s KYC;
11. Supplier’s invoice checking, upkeep in the supplier’s invoice tracking;
12. Perform other duties related field as assigned by supervisor.

5. Wiling to travel to Johor Bahru Construction Site every month and stay for 1-2 weeks.
6. Language requirement: Bahasa Malaysia(Indonesia), English, Chinese
7. Computer: M Word, MS Excel, PPT
8. Based in Tanjung Langsat project site office.
