Procurement Officer (Electronic Appliance) - PSTH Silom

Position:  Procurement Officer (Electronic Appliance)
Location: Silom Complex Building; BTS Saladaeng or MRT Silom

Job Description:

• To handle overall Import-Export management operation. (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, Form D, E, JTEPA etc.)

• Coordination between customer and supplier.

• Receive order from customer and issue PO to supplier.

• Arrange/Adjust shipment upon customer's request and production plan.

• Monitoring supplier's delivery schedule and delivery adjustment.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse to ensure timely and accurate shipment to customer.

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, or delays.

• Master setting and database maintenance.

• Analyze sales and purchase data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or other related field.
• At least 2 years' as Procurement or Purchasing in Electronic trading company of electronic components.
• Basic knowledge in import, export and BOI regulation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel ,Word and PowerPoint)
• Good command in English with writing and speaking.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
