What they need
Position: Procurement Officer (MRO, Indirect Material)
Location: Silom Complex Building, BTS Saladaeng or MRT Silom
Job Description:
- Support indirect purchasing system for Thai Panasonic Group.
- Create and maintain catalog items details in the system.
- Update master data and supplier details in the system.
- Basic countermeasures for an indirect purchase system.
- Source suppliers, develop suppliers, and build mutual beneficial relationships with suppliers.
- Mark price comparison.
- Follow up expedites and negotiates changes relate to delivery and supplier.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Logistics or other related field.
- At least 1-2 years in indirect procurement preferably gained in a trading or manufacturing background.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good command in English with writing and speaking.
- Able to work under pressure with service mind
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
