Procurement Officer-Road Construction Experience

• Managing the full procurement cycle for construction materials, equipment, and services required for road contracting projects.
• Identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with reliable suppliers and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality procurement.
• Preparing and processing purchase orders (POs), request for quotations (RFQs), and purchase agreements.
• Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
• Coordinating closely with the project, site, and engineering teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines.
• Following up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Developing and maintaining strong vendor relationships to secure favorable terms and consistent supply.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, project timelines, and procurement standards.
• Monitoring market trends, material availability, and cost changes to support procurement planning

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
