Procurement Officer/ Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate rates and maintain good relationship with carriers
• Tariff Management and Update
• Monitor the performance of the contracts
• Responsible for managing allocation with ocean carriers
• Liaise with intra-group offices and overseas agent partners for rates and business development
• Execute cost and market analysis
• Assist Pricing Manager to execute strategic market plan
• Prepare and consolidate different kind of reports
• Handle ad hoc projects / RFQ

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder, graduates in Logistics is an advantage
• With at least 3 years related working experiences
• Good command in both English and Putonghua
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Responsible, detail-minded and able to work independently
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidate with more experience would be considered for Supervisor
