Procurement Officer (Odoo experience mandatory + Technical procurement)

Job Purpose
To support procurement activities by sourcing materials and services, processing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare and process PRs and POs.
• Follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
• Coordinate procurement requirements with internal departments.
• Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
• Coordinate with Stores for inventory replenishment.
• Assist with supplier evaluation and cost optimization.
• Support ERP/Odoo procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Reporting Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant procurement/purchasing experience.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Automotive, engineering, manufacturing, or industrial experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
