Role Qualification:

• Civil Engineer with experience in procurement, sourcing, or commercial functions within construction or industrial projects.
• Strong supplier, vendor, subcontractor, and contractor management skills, with an established industry network.
• Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen, balancing technical requirements with cost-effective solutions.
• Proficient in interpreting technical specifications and independently sourcing materials, equipment, and specialized services.
• Resourceful, proactive, results-driven, and capable of meeting tight project deadlines while maintaining professionalism and integrity.
