Procurement Operations Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Process procurement requests from initiation to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Create and manage purchase orders in SAP MM system, verifying accuracy before submission.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues related to procurement, including vendor queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in Procure to Pay process or similar role.
• Proficiency in creating purchase orders using SAP MM module.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including request-to-pay cycle.
