Position - Procurement Operations Executive

Purpose of the Role
Responsible for processing Goods Receipts (GRNs) and supporting procurement operations by ensuring timely and accurate recording of supplier deliveries in SAP while coordinating with locations, suppliers, Finance, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) accurately in SAP.
• Verify delivery documents against Purchase Orders.
• Resolve quantity, pricing, and receipt discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate procurement transaction records.
• Support month-end closing and procurement reporting activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Experienced in GRN, inventory, procurement, or warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of any ERP and Microsoft Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities
