Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• Experience in Procurement Operations and Purchase Order lifecycle
• Handling high-volume Purchase Orders, Change Orders & Invoice Resolution
• Managing Purchase Requests / Requisitions and procurement intake processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms
• Processing receipts, approvals and exceptions in web-based systems
• Attaching documents and adding comments within workflow systems
• Running, exporting and interpreting system-generated reports
• Microsoft Excel filtering, sorting, summing and basic data analysis
• Monitoring status changes and taking necessary follow-up actions
• Strong coordination, communication and customer service skill
• Ability to work within defined SLAs
