Procurement Planning

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Interact with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
• Check production schedules and deadlines and adjust them as needed.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
• Resolve issues related to delayed shipments or unexpected changes in the supply chain.
• Track orders and ensure they are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Communicate with project managers and provide updates on the status of materials and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on materials and equipment status.
• Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to the supplier.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POSITION WILL BE HIRED BY THE THIRD PARTY PARTNER, IN TEMPORARY CONTRACT BASIS.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field.
• +5 Years Proven experience in procurement and supplier relationships.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, excel, and outlook.
• ERP ( SAP ) experienced.
• A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies.
• Strong in negotiation skills.
• High level skill of communication in English
• Sound time-management and organizational skills.
• Team player and change agent with strong credibility at all levels of the organization.
• Focus on timely and cost-effective output. Knows how to deal with figures.
• Integrity, autonomy and results oriented.
• Preferably a non-smoker candidate.
