The role requires balancing multiple priorities to support organizational goals while fostering collaboration across teams to drive procurement excellence and value creation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify opportunities for process improvements within procurement activities.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement strategies.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and category management principles.
• Experience in managing supplier performance and vendor relationships effectively.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sourcing objectives.
• Skilled in analyzing procurement data to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
