Procurement Product Activation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Procurement Product Activation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will drive procurement implementation efforts for upper mid-market clients, guiding engagements from contract execution through launch. You will partner closely with CFOs, finance teams, account executives, and account managers to redesign procurement workflows and ensure configurations support client needs. The position also plays a key role in shaping product improvements by translating client feedback into actionable insights for Engineering.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement implementation for upper mid-market clients from contract through launch
• Collaborate with CFOs and finance teams to map and reengineer procurement workflows
• Manage both procurement and bill pay implementations when applicable
• Provide actionable product feedback from client interactions to Engineering teams
• Coordinate with account executives and managers regarding procurement configurations

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of procurement experience with strong knowledge of P2P processes
• Confident in customer interactions with C-suite leaders and finance teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations efficiently
• Ability to work independently and adapt to rapid product updates
• Strong analytical skills to assess user errors and product limitations
