Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement and sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Lead sourcing activities including supplier identification, bidding, negotiations, and contract management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure timely procurement of goods and services while optimizing cost, quality, and delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify cost-saving and value creation opportunities through strategic sourcing and category management.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, governance standards, and contractual obligations.
• Support procurement operations from sourcing through purchase order and contract execution, depending on role assignment.
• Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and sourcing recommendations.
• Participate in procurement transformation and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Logistics, or any related field.

• Experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience handling any of the following categories is an advantage:

• Knowledge of procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar ERP platforms) is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Preferred Experience by Level

• Specialist: 1–3 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Supervisor: 3–5 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience with leadership exposure.
• Manager: 5–8 years of procurement and category management experience.
• Senior Manager: 8+ years of strategic procurement experience with proven leadership in category management and procurement transformation.
