There’s real satisfaction in taking a procurement package from an initial requirement to an agreed supplier. You shape the approach, weigh up the options and see your work through — with the trust to use your judgement and a team to work alongside.

You’ll manage packages across a €30M national fibre programme connecting Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Cork, Wexford and New Ross, spanning third-party duct access, civils, fibre deployment and specialist services.

Working with Project, Engineering and Commercial teams, you’ll shape sourcing approaches, assess supplier options and negotiate terms. You’ll have room to make decisions, draw on the expertise around you and see how each package contributes to the wider programme.

What You’ll Have

• Strong experience in a procurement-focused role
• Experience managing procurement packages through to award
• Confidence assessing options and recommending solutions
• Comfortable collaborating with project stakeholders
• Infrastructure, construction, utilities or telecoms experience beneficial
