PROCUREMENT PROJECT SUPERVISOR

What You Will Do :

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and introduce innovative sourcing solutions to optimize spending and enhance quality.
• Lead vendor negotiations in line with guidance.
• Provide direction to team members to ensure smooth workflow and on-time project completion.

What We're Looking for :

• Bachelor Degree from Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing or procurement (preferably in a project-based or manufacturing environment).
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, cost optimization, and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English language.
• Willing to work on site in Cikarang.
