Procurement / Purchase Executive - Vendor Development

Procurement & Logistics Executive:

Candidate should be BSc (IT / Electronics / Physics) or Diploma (Mechanical / Electronics)

• As a procurement executive you will handle vendor development and vendor management.
• Issue work order / purchase order and ensure timely delivery of goods from vendors.
• Maintain records related to vendors and material procured.
• Inspect and verify inward and outward material.
• Handle logistics of inward and outward material.
• Handle compliance documents.
• Coordinate with accounts department to ensure timely payment to vendors.
• Download tenders, do the costing and participate in tenders under the guidance of senior executives.
• Handle product upload and tender participation through GEM portal.

Candidate should have

• Minimum 2 years experience in purchase department of any engineering or manufacturing company.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written to communicate with the vendors.
• Should have 2 wheeler driving license.

This is a technical procurement job, hence only science graduates / diploma should apply.

Candidates from Navi Mumbai and adjoining areas should only apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
