Procurement / Purchasing Executive

• Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields (or equivalent experience)
• At least two years of working experience in the field of procurement
• Strong coordination and organization ability
• Ability to initiate new ideas and concepts to improve workflow and efficiency

Key responsibilities

• Independently handle vendor related tasks, including setting up new parts, creating and adjusting purchase orders, maintaining costs, and updating estimated time of arrival
• Interface with vendors to obtain order status
• Interface with the Supply Chain Program Manager to stay updated on the latest need by dates
• Solve problems on business and among team members
