Job Title: Procurement & Equipment Representative
Department: Procurement
Sector: Facility Management, Operations & Maintenance
Reports To: Procurement Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably within Facility Management, Operations, and Maintenance companies.
• Practical experience in purchasing equipment, spare parts, materials, and tools used for operations and maintenance activities.
• Good knowledge of local suppliers and the Saudi Arabian market.
• Ability to request and compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers.
• Ability to follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to understand basic technical specifications of equipment and materials.
• Good command of Arabic; English is preferred.
• Valid Saudi driving license.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
