Procurement Section Head
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan S1 Teknik Industri, Manajemen, Akuntansi, Supply Chain, atau setara
Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang procurement/supply chain
Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman mengoordinasi tim di perusahaan F&B, FMCG atau retail
Menguasai strategic sourcing, negosiasi kontrak, evaluasi vendor, dan analisa harga
Terbiasa dengan proses Procure-to-Pay & kontrol 3-way match
Mampu bekerja lintas departemen dan mengelola perubahan organisasi
Menjunjung tinggi integritas, netralitas, dan bebas dari konflik kepentingan
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
Melakukan strategic sourcing & manajemen vendor (kualifikasi, seleksi, scorecard, dual-sourcing untuk bahan baku kritis)
Menyusun SOP Procure-to-Pay, vendor master, sistem penomoran PO, dan HPS (Harga Perkiraan Sendiri)
Melakukan negosiasi kontrak & framework agreement untuk mencapai efisiensi
Berkoordinasi lintas fungsi (Produksi, SCM, Maintenance, GA) serta melaporkan kinerja ke CFO
Menandatangani PO/kontrak sesuai batas kewenangan yang ditetapkan
