Procurement Senior Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Senior Executive - Procurement to manage procurement activities for construction and solar projects, ensuring quality materials are sourced at competitive prices and delivered within project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for construction and solar projects.
• Source and evaluate reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare commercial offers, and negotiate prices and terms.
• Procure civil, structural, electrical, solar, and project-related materials.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders as per approved requirements.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, Accounts, and Planning teams.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor vendor performance, quality, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs, and vendor documentation.
• Support cost-saving and vendor development initiatives.
• Resolve procurement and material-related issues efficiently.
• Prepare regular procurement and MIS reports for management.
