Job Summary

Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction projects. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Negotiate rates, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions. Identify reliable suppliers and evaluate their quality, pricing, and delivery capabilities. Ensure timely procurement of construction materials as per project requirements. Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, quality, and material availability. Control procurement costs and identify cost-saving opportunities. Coordinate with Project, Stores, Accounts, and Management teams. Review vendor performance and resolve supply-related issues. Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and purchase documentation.
