3. Skilled in identifying reliable suppliers and developing sourcing strategies that meet company requirements.
4. Capable of negotiating favorable prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
5. Experienced in reviewing supplier proposals, analyzing costs, and monitoring purchasing performance.
6. Knowledgeable in procurement regulations, contract administration, and company purchasing procedures.
7. Able to oversee procurement staff, delegate assignments, and monitor team performance.
8. Proficient in using spreadsheets, purchasing software, and enterprise resource planning systems.
9. Capable of resolving supplier issues and coordinating material requirements with other departments.
10. Demonstrates sound judgment, accountability, strong leadership, and effective communication skills.
