Procurement Specialist (Category Control & Compliance)

Key Responsibilities & Targets

1. Manage and Supervise the end-to-end procurement internal control system and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring supermarket procurement behaviors comply with group audit requirements.
2. Conduct Rigorous Cost Analyses and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) tracking for grocery/fresh food categories, identifying cost reduction opportunities to meet target margin indicators.
3. Monitor and Evaluate Supplier Lifecycles regularly, conducting compliance audits on food safety, cold-chain logistics, and fulfillment rates to maintain a clean Approved Vendor List (AVL).
4. Coordinate with Internal Teams (Store Operations, Category Management, Finance, and Logistics) to resolve procurement risk exceptions and follow up on other projects assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

1. Education: College degree or above from Mainland China, Higher Diploma or above from Hong Kong; excellent written and spoken skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
2. Experience: Experience in procurement internal control, supply chain auditing, or cost management is preferred; prior experience in supermarket, hypermarket, or fresh food retail industries is required.
3. Skills: Strong business negotiation and data analysis capabilities; high responsibility, clear sense of target, and ability to perform under pressure.

岗位职责及目标

1. 建立与规范 公司端到端的采购内控管理体系与标准作业程序（SOP），确保超市各品类采购行为符合集团合规与审计要求；
2. 开展精细化成本分析 与采购价格偏差（PPV）追踪，深挖生鲜/快消等核心品类降本空间，达成公司制定的成本控制与毛利率指标；
3. 定期监控供应商全生命周期，对生鲜冻品履约率、食品安全合规及冷链物流风险进行审计评估，动态维护合格供应商名录（AVL）；
4. 与内部团队紧密协同（门店运营、采销、财务、物流等），及时预警并处置采购异常及链条风险，跟进上级交办的其他项目。

任职要求

1. 內地大專或以上、香港高级文憑或以上學歷，良好的中英文書、普通話和粵语口語能力；
2. 有采购内控、供应链审计、成本管理经验者优先，具备大型连锁超市、大卖场或食品生鲜零售行业工作经验优先；
3. 具備良好的商務談判、數據分析與風險矩阵控管能力，較強的責任心、目標感和抗壓能力；
