Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing and Supplier Management: Identify and evaluate key suppliers, maintain strong vendor relationships, and ensure supplier reliability and compliance with company standards
• Purchasing and Contract Negotiation: Negotiate purchasing agreements, contracts, and pricing to secure high-quality goods at competitive costs
• Procurement Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full procurement process, including purchase orders, tendering, evaluation, and contract administration within budgetary and policy limits
• Inventory and Demand Planning: Track inventory levels, forecast material needs, and ensure timely delivery to prevent shortages or operational delays
• Cost and Performance Analysis: Analyze spending, identify cost-saving opportunities, and monitor supplier performance to optimize procurement efficiency interview
• Compliance and Documentation: Maintain accurate records, adhere to procurement policies, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• A Graduate of any Business Courses or equivalent
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to interact effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
• Analytical and detail-oriented mindset for evaluating suppliers, costs, and procurement data
• Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement best practices
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and procurement software
