What they need
Work Experience:
-At least 1 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
-Hands-on experience in supplier negotiation, purchase order management, and logistics coordination
Industry Knowledge:
-Familiar with construction supplies market, especially tile brands, specs, pricing, and suppliers if possible
-Knowledgeable about importation and local sourcing of materials
Skills Required:
-Strong in price negotiation, vendor evaluation, and cost analysis
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, inventory systems, and procurement software - This should be a given
-Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Demonstrated Experience to forecast demand and manage inventory efficiently
-Good communication and coordination skills

-Highly organized and able to handle multiple suppliers and projects
-With integrity and accountability, especially in dealing with large transactions.
