What they need
We are seeking a procurement talent to bridge suppliers and strategy, driving efficiency and value across every deal.
Key responsibilities:
- Negotiate with external suppliers based on quotations provided, confirm delivery schedules, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain regular communication with internal user departments to confirm purchasing requirements and act as the communication bridge between internal departments and external suppliers.
- Evaluate and optimize procurement processes in a timely manner according to company requirements.
- Handle routine purchase order processing and contract execution.
- Complete other tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 2 years of relevant procurement experience
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and SAP, with strong data consolidation and PowerPoint preparation skills
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
