PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

About the role

This role involves managing inventory operations, coordinating logistics activities, and maintaining accurate records to support timely order fulfilment and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit weekly inventory reports and forecasts to management
• Coordinate with forwarders, track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
• Manage store transfers and stock adjustments effectively upon request
• Support ad hoc projects and responsibilities as required

About you

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline; Supply Chain Management is an added advantage

• Minimum 2 years' procurement or logistics experience in Service/Order Fulfilment

• Experienced in WMS, SCM and planning skills

• Good communication skills

• Customer focused

• Detail-oriented and adaptable

• Able to cope with a fast-paced and evolving environment

• Able to work independently
