Procurement Specialist

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in major manufactures in the ICT, Data Center Industries, engineering or technology industries.
• At least 2 years of experience handling IT procurement, including hardware, software, networking equipment, cloud subscriptions, or IT services.
• Good knowledge about purchasing processes, local and international trade and commerce rules and best practices.
• Experience working with IT distributors, vendor and system integrators is preferred.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement reporting.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Job Description:

• Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Request quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and contracts.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely procurement processes.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with suppliers regarding order status.
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze purchasing costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Resolve issues related to product quality, delivery delays, and supplier performance.
