Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join a leading manufacturer, committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely availability of raw materials and components.

The responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist include:

• Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging components, and indirect supplies to ensure uninterrupted production flow.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor market trends, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend strategies for sourcing optimization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and sustainability requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production, planning, and quality teams to align purchasing with operational needs.
• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes

The ideal candidate should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
