Position : Procurement Specialist
Company’s background : Roofing Manufacturer
Status : 6 Months Contract Under PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd
Work location : Kapar, Selangor
Working days : Monday to Friday
Working hours : 8.00am – 5.00pm
Salary : RM5,500 – RM7,000
Benefits : Medical Insurance
Entitlement : EPF, SOCSO & EIS, Annual Leave and Public Holiday based on client, other leaves entitlement based on Employment Act.

Key Focus Areas

• Execute end-to-end procurement transactions for goods and services
• Ensure all purchase requests are processes within agreed SLAs
• Support sourcing activities for repeat and new requirements
• Be the point of contact for assigned NSBS countries for sourcing and procurement
• Ensuring that standards of governance and compliance in the execution of all procurement activities are maintained.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from any relevant disciplines.
• At least 5 years in transactional procurement role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP Systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing and multi-site environments would be added advantage.
