What they need
- Handle supplier sourcing, canvassing, quotation comparison, and negotiation.
- Process and monitor purchase orders and deliveries.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, payment, delivery, and other concerns.
- Prepare quotation comparison and procurement reports using Excel.
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Warehouse, and other departments as needed.
- Perform other procurement-related tasks assigned by the Procurement Manager.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or related courses.
- With 1 to 2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
- Knowledge in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
