Procurement Specialist

OVERVIEW:

• To perform procurement activities in accordance with the established processes, policies, and procedures;
• To handle various sourcing activities for equipment, goods, and service providers needed by the business/company;
• To acquire new vendors and/or suppliers to maintain a pool;
• To review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding of bids together with the proponents.
• To negotiate vendor terms, prices, and schedule delivery for timely serving of supplies and services needs of the company;

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• With at least 3 years of experience in Procurement
• Experience in Supply Chain Operations in the real estate industry is an advantage
• Experience in Logistics, and Warehouse Operations is an advantage
• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management or any relevant course

Knowledge

• Standard Procurement policies and procedures
• Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (i.e. SAP)
• MS Office applications

• Negotiation skills
• Good communication skills (oral and written)
• Analytical skills
