Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Receive, check and process purchase request and supplies request

2. Input and record Purchase request data to Purchase Monitoring for tracking in a daily and regular basis

3. Process PR/SR provided that has complete required data

4. Canvass and request formal quote for items, services and/or labor

5. Negotiate cost and terms of payment to vendors

6. Prepare canvass sheet/evaluation and submit to approvers

7. Prepare Purchase Order (using SAP) and submit to approvers

8. Scan and submit approved P.O. to vendors, Project Managers and Warehouse for information and delivery coordination

9. File documents and record P.O. data

10. Attend and participate in project and department meetings

11. Process and canvass Sales Request for Quotation for bidding requirements

12. Submit approved P.O. to Accounting Department for payment processing

13. Attend trade shows and exhibits for awareness to new trends and technology

14. Find and develop new and reliable business partners - suppliers, forwarders and subcontractors

Job Requirements

1. College Graduate of any 4-year course

2. With at least 1 year experience as Procurement Assistant in Construction industry

3. With good working knowledge in S.A.P. system

4. Importing experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
