Procurement Specialist

ESTA Construction is looking for a Procurement Specialist to support the purchasing activities of our crude oil project in Iraq. This role is based in Istanbul and requires travel to Iraq and Dubai as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage RFQs, compare supplier quotations and prepare purchase recommendations.
• Coordinate purchase orders, delivery schedules and procurement documentation.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered in line with project requirements.
• Work closely with engineering, project and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier information.

What we’re looking for;

• 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction, energy or oil and gas projects.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong Excel skills and a structured approach to follow-up and documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international suppliers and project teams.
• Willingness to travel to Iraq and Dubai.

Experience in offshore or crude oil projects is an advantage.
