Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, supplier coordination, purchasing, and procurement activities while ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

· Obtain and analyze quotations and prepare commercial comparisons.

· Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

· Prepare RFQs, purchase orders, and other procurement documents.

· Coordinate vendor prequalification and maintain supplier records.

· Work with technical and project teams to meet procurement requirements.

· Monitor purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.

· Evaluate supplier performance and resolve procurement issues.

· Identify cost-saving and value-for-money opportunities.

· Maintain accurate procurement records and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree/HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

· 4-5 years' relevant procurement experience, preferably in Oil & Gas/EPC or technical services.

· Strong knowledge of sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, and commercial evaluation.

· Experience with ERP or e-procurement systems is an advantage.

· Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

· Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

· High level of integrity and attention to detail.
