Procurement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and procurement activities across domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will have strong supplier management, negotiation and international purchasing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers from Türkiye and international markets
• Conduct supplier evaluations and commercial negotiations
• Obtain quotations and prepare comparative analyses
• Manage RFQ, supplier selection and purchasing processes
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules
• Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
• Coordinate procurement activities with Logistics, Finance and Sales departments
• Monitor supplier performance and identify alternative sourcing opportunities
• Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Prepare procurement reports and KPI analyses

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering disciplines are preferred)
• 3–6 years of procurement experience
• Experience in international procurement and sourcing is preferred
• Knowledge of international procurement procedures and Incoterms
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Experience working with suppliers across Europe, Asia and the MENA region is preferred
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP MM knowledge is preferred
• Good command of English is required
• Knowledge of Arabic will be considered a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment
