NOW HIRING: PROCUREMENT ASSISTANT

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Assistant to support our procurement and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, business-minded, and comfortable working with vendors and contracts.

Location: Ortigas, Pasig

Schedule: 5 days a week and 9 am to 6 pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers and vendors.

Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, pricing, orders, contracts, and other procurement requirements.

Assist in negotiating pricing and contract terms to ensure cost-effective procurement.

Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier performance.

Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation.

Review procurement-related documents and ensure compliance with company requirements.

Assist in managing supplier portfolios and large-scale contracts.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of procurement needs.

Perform other procurement and supply chain-related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally in FMCG, fintech, digital lending, or other fast-paced digital industries
• Tech-savvy and comfortable liaising with vendors and suppliers
• Good English written and verbal communication skills for daily business communication, negotiation, and document review
• Strong cost awareness, negotiation skills, and risk control awareness
• Experience in negotiating and managing large-scale contracts and supplier portfolios
