Procurement Specialist

Experience: 3–4 Years

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Executive with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in Telecom Procurement, to manage vendor sourcing, purchasing, negotiations, and timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end procurement of telecom materials, products, and services.
• Source and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor market prices, product availability, and industry trends.
• Evaluate quotations and issue Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships and procurement records.

Required Skills:

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good telecom market and product knowledge.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good analytical and decision-making ability.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/MS Office.
• Telecom procurement experience is preferred/required.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Procurement/Supply Chain qualification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
